Brient served on Active-Duty in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, and he presently serves in a Reserve capacity.
Brient and his wife, Stephanie, have 2 children. They are members of Hixson Presbyterian Church where Brient teaches high school Sunday School and volunteers with the youth ministry.
